Car Advisor generates research reports for used cars advertised on Blocket in Sweden, combining the listing, official vehicle-registry data (where available), EU recall data, and AI-assisted analysis. It is a research aid to help you ask better questions and spot inconsistencies before you buy — it is not a substitute for an in-person inspection by a qualified mechanic, and not legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. You should independently verify anything material — condition, legal status, ownership, price — before completing a purchase.

Reports rely on third-party and AI-generated content and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any report, and using one to decide whether to buy a car is entirely at your own risk.

You don't need an account to generate a report. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Use a real email address you control, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Don't use Car Advisor to scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the site's content or underlying data; to circumvent rate limits or other technical protections; to attempt to access another user's account or data; or for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for accounts or traffic that we reasonably believe violate this.

The Car Advisor name, design, and report format are ours. A report you generate is yours to use for your own personal car-buying research; you can share the link to a specific report, but the underlying service and its output aren't licensed for resale or commercial redistribution.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any decision you make based on a report, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, at any time. If a change is material, we'll update the date at the top of this page. You can stop using the service, or delete your account, at any time from your account settings page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [To be confirmed with legal review.]
